Investigation Division

The following activities are carried out by the Investigation Division which is functioning under the direct supervision of the Secretary to the Ministry.

• Investigating complaints received regarding the services of the institutions which under the Ministry.
• Carry out the regular investigation of the activities of the institutions which under the Ministry.

Accordingly, complaints regarding the services of institutions which under the ministry can be made directly to the Investigation Division on 055-4930000.
